Deliverables (code, documents, audit reports) are handed off via shared repositories or cloud storage on the dates specified in the SOW.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the individually-agreed SOW. As a professional services engagement, the standard consumer cooling-off period does not apply.
