When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, and the message you write. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts on this site.

Short version: we collect only what you send us through the contact form, and we use it only to reply.
How we use it
Strictly to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, do not share or sell your information, and do not use it to train models.
Where it lives
Submissions are delivered to our Google Workspace inbox via Resend (transactional email). Both are GDPR-compliant providers under standard processor terms.
Retention
We keep inquiry email in our inbox for as long as the engagement (or potential engagement) is active. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at hello@kakero.jp with your request.
